Dylan Rivera is a 2025 OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Juncos, PR who attends BYOU Academy. Large, athletic frame with some present strength throughout and additional room to fill moving forward. Strong runner, posted a 6.61 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, shorter steps on the approach to balls, deliberate gather into a medium length arm stroke, works up to a higher slot and pulls down through the ball well, shows present arm speed with some carry to the intended base. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high back elbow and medium hand set in the box, gathers weight on backside and utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing. Stays connected well in swing and looks to elevate through the point of contact, ball comes off well to the pull side and connected for a triple in game off the left field wall (96 mph exit velo); more pop to come with added physical gains. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
