Zach Madar is a 2027 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-1 164 lb. frame from Springfield, TN who attends Davidson Academy. Tall and slender young build. 6.96 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop that displayed fundamentally sound footwork throughout the fielding process, while exhibiting lateral agility and proper angles to field. Incorporates a clean funnel, moves through the baseball with energy and produced accurate throws up to 82 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from a wider base with an even hand start and toe-tap trigger. Simplistic stroke with rotational movements into launch, quickness to his hands and some feel for the barrel.
