Hayden Gentry is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Peachtree City, GA who attends Starrs Mill. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.39 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has solid fundamentals, fields the ball cleanly off his front foot, makes accurate throws from a long and loose arm stroke, developing arm strength. Left handed hitter, has a loose and extended swing with some uphill angle through contact, showed some bat speed when he got the ball middle away and could drive it to the middle of the field. Also pitched, has a slow paced delivery with a short stride out front, longer arm action to a high 3/4's arm slot. Showed good command of a straight fastball in the low 70's, also threw a slow downer curveball and a change up. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
