2024 Colorado Indoor Showcase
Ben Blasco is a 2025 OF/SS with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Lone Tree, CO who attends Valor Christian High School. Well proportioned frame with lean strength, ample room for more muscle. Ran a 6.65 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, works through it well with a one hand gather to the side, active feet, gets on top of the ball with a high three-quarters slot, high intent, throws up to 84-mph, athletic overall operation. Right-handed hitter, narrow base with a hanging leg lift, no hand load, strength plays in the swing, good intent, shorter swing, flexed knees, inconsistent results here but things to like when on the barrel, athletic operation. Good mover, athletic actions and should continue to improve his tools across the board. Good student. Named to the 2024 Colorado Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
