Nelson Pena is a 2022 RHP/3B with a 5-9 173 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Cypress Creek Highschool. On the mound he has a simple, repeatable delivery with a clean arm that comes from a 3/4 slot. Showed sink and run with the fastball when he found the release point out front that has swing and miss capabilities and a lot of ground balls as well. In the infield he starts solidly with two hands out in front and works slow to the ball and had a slow arm to first but it was accurate. In the box he has a real level plane and a wide base as he works hard with his top hand down and through the ball. Works the middle of the field well with line drives.
