Collin Cooke is a 2025 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Raymore, MO who attends Raymore-Peculiar Sr.. Recorded an 8.06 second sixty yard dash time. Medium frame with a long and lanky build with room to fill. Right-handed pitcher works exclusively from the stretch. Longer arm circle and gets slightly offline in the back and comes from a high three- quarter arm slot. Stays in line with the plate. The fastball (1920 RPM) was upper 70s and topped out at 80 with some run to it occasionally. Curveball (1852 RPM) with 11-5 shape and stays mostly vertical. Filled up the zone with the fastball in the first inning but competed more around the zone in the second inning. Also worked out in the infield and made all the plays cleanly with some stiffness. Right-handed hitter, starts from an even base with a square stance and an even hands and a high back elbow, utilizes a load stride timing. Some feel for the barrel and ability to get on plane with an uphill swing path. Rotational swing that uses the whole field. Some basic bat-to-ball skills. Intriguing player with good upside.
