Justin Hall is a 2023 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, MIF with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Chapel Hill, NC who attends Carrboro. Recorded as 8.30 second sixty-yard dash. Primary shortstop fields the ball out front and funnels the ball into a short, compact throw across the diamond changing direction well while throwing 72 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher moves from a full windup with a long side-step into a controlled belt high leg lift and falls to the plate landing slightly closed off as he works the ball with some downhill action on his fastball topping 76 mph. Hall also mixes in a change of pace breaking ball and has good command of all pitches. Right-handed hitter steps to the plate with a tall and narrow stance, high hands, and a high back elbow with a lofted swing on the back side. Hall works the ball middle to pull side approach while he is developing backspin on the ball. Tremendous student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
