Jake Shetler is a 2028 OF/MIF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Strafford, MO who attends Strafford. Long and wiry young build. Left handed hitter, sets up in an open spread stance with an inward toe tap trigger, has loose hands and gets some extension through the ball, looking to create some lift, mid field to pull side approach, bat speed and ability to impact will continue to improve with additional strength but has a good swing to build on. 7.14 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, fields the ball cleanly out front, made accurate one hop throws with developing arm strength, carried his momentum well into his throws. Had quick actions and some lateral range in the infield, glove played well, still developing his infield accuracy. Excellent student.
