Caden Wood is a 2027 2B/C with a 5-6 115 lb. frame from Blanco, TX who attends Blanco. Posted an 8.89 in the 60. Primary 2B with a developing build to fill into, the arm and actions through the play are still young showing a good fundamental base to build on. Moves around the infield well with awareness and some feel for the glove. Right-handed hitter starts with an even base utilizing a toe tap trigger, some maturing traits present while the process continues to refine and add impact. Showed an early feel to leverage up the middle, the strength development ahead of him should make a promising leap in his tools.
