Johnny Rocco is a 2024 3B/C/1B with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from El Cajon, CA who attends Cathedral Catholic. Big and strong build. Left handed hitter, hits from a hanging front leg load, big barrel tilt to start his swing, moves in hard and fires his lower half, swings hard with a power oriented pull approach with some lift, turns the barrel well. flashed big power when timed and squared up, will continue to improve as a hitter with more consistency. Primary third baseman on defense, has well balanced actions moving through the ball and confidence in his glove, makes accurate throws, more arm strength there with a stronger front side. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
