PG South World Series Scout Notes: Days 1-3

Kade Dobbs (2025, Angleton, Texas) is yet another uncommitted arm to circle for the class, this time from the left side. He’s a wiry 6-foot, 170 pound build with ample projection left from a higher release point and full arm swing, coming through with a bit of extension out font. It’s a running fastball with armside action, living 84-86 mph and getting up to 88 mph. It’s commanded well, and the slider tunnels off it from same slot with downer two-plane shape in the 75-78 mph range. Both are executed awfully well and Dobbs should have some suitors after his impressive showing this entire summer.
