7/4/2024 10:35:34 PM

Jack Schwab (2025 LHP, Overland Park, KS) struck out three in his two innings of work. FB was up to 92, living more 89-91. SL at 80-83 showed some shorter/tigher shape and proved effective off the FB. Also mixed in a couple fading CHs in the low 80s.

Nate Schlote (2025 RHP, Fairway, KS) showed strong stuff during his two innings of work where he struck out four. FB was up to 92 as well but showed present carry. CB in the upper 70s flashed strong shape with it's late bite down in the zone (~2700 rpm).

Charlie Willcox (2025 RHP, Santa Rosa Beach, FL) displayed quality stuff in his two shutout innings of work. The 6-3/210 RHP pounded the zone at 91-93, topping 94. Breaker showed slurvy shape and some upside at 79-81 (~2500). Also killed some spin and created depthy on a firm CH at 79-81.

Austin Weiss (2025 LHP, Rockville, MD) struck out four in his two innings. Simple/low-effort operation that works to a lower 3/4 slot. FB showed a ton of ASR at 91-93 T94. SL flashed some quality sweeping action in the mid-high 70s that he was able to land for strikes.

Dylan Harrison (2025 RHP, Fontana, CA) worked fast and pounded the zone in his two innings of work where he filled it up at a 81% rate. Ultra projectable 6-5/205 frame. Clean operation down the mound with some quickness. FB was up 93, living more 89-91. Mixed in two different quality breakers with some upside and flashed a developing CH.

Carter Wilcox (2025 LHP, Aurora, CO) threw two shutout innings where he showed some unique stuff. Shows intent and athleticism down the mound. FB was up to 90 showing some strong carry. Mixed in a bigger sweeper in the mid 70s that proved effective. Flashed a couple CHs in the upper 70s as well.

Luke Cornelison (2025 3B, Springdale, AR) showed some legit upside with his stuff in his outing. FB was up to 94 with legit carry, getting up to 22 inches of induced vert. Mixed in a higher spin bigger breaker at 71-74 that got off barrels and produced some whiffs. Mixed in a quality CH in the low-mid 80s.

Caleb Barnett (2025 3B, Mountain Brook, AL) pitched a quick shutout inning. Projectable frame that moves with some noticeable athleticism down the mound. FB was up to 90 and flashed a quality standard slider in the mid 70s.

Josh Proctor (2025 SS, Altadena, CA) got the game started with a loud double over the the LF's head at a 106 EV. Standout physicality in the box where he shows advanced bat speed and strength.

Jack Ruckert (2025 SS, Baton Rouge, LA) had two 93 EV knocks, one back up the box and one to the backside. Pretty/balanced LH stroke where he works behind it as the hands work inside it. Also made a nice defensive play at SS off a 96 EV liner that he snagged and turned to 2nd for a double play.

Carter Kutz (2025 C, Hartford, WI) had himself a nice two-way game where he pitched a shutout inning showing a quality breaker he manipulated shape on. FB was up to 90. Also found a barrel to the pullside at a 96 EV showing a whippy RH stroke.

Sean Gamble (2025 OF, Des Moines, IA) found another loud knock, sending a liner back up the box at a 97 EV. Some of the best bat speed in the class which he gets too with ease while being able to manipulate/adjust the barrel.

Gavin Fien (2025 3B, Temecula, CA) had himself a LD double into left that left the barrel at a 98 EV. Noticeable strength/quickness to the hands/wrists that help him generate bat speed within some relatively simple moves.

Bennett Gary (2025 OF, Parkland, FL) collected two knocks this game with his best swing being a backside LD single which he stayed behind on, let get deep, and drove into left. Easy rhythm and balance to his swing with hands that work the barrel short-to-long through.

Josiah Hartshorn (2025 OF, Anaheim, CA) had an opposite field double down the LF line. Got beat a bit but the strength and quickness to his hands allowed him to get the barrel there and muscle it on a line the other way.

Jarett Sabol (2025 C, Orange, CA) had himself a LD opposite field knock that scored a couple runs. Hitterish vibes in the box where there's intent to each swing. The hips fire fast as he throws a strong top hand to the baseball.

Matthew Boughton (2025 SS, Colleyville, TX) had a nice opposite field single. Bat has shown well this week as he's has got off multiple strong/balanced hacks that show his athleticism.

Hunter Meyer (2025 OF, Alta Loma, CA) got beat a bit on a fastball on the hands but he stayed inside it well and muscled down the RF line for a triple. Hands throw the bat on a more short/direct with some present barrel control/adjustability.
