6-Maroon vs. 8-Orange Game Highlights
7/22/2024 3:04:45 PM

Nathan Handley-White (2029 RHP, Bradenton, FL) had one of the more dominant outings of the day with his two shutout innings where he struck out three. Is a strong/physical 6-2/200. Used a shorter/quick arm action that ran the FB up to 86 that beat a ton of bats. CH really stoodout in the mid-70s showing good late depth/fade.

Ace Pence (2029 1B, Corona, CA) threw a quick shutout inning where he showed a strong FB and also found a barrel. Some effort to the delivery but shows advanced armspeed where he ran his fastball up to 85. At the plate, he brought his hands tight on an inside FB and punched it into right for a single.

Luke Fazulak (2029 C, Nanuet, NY) was another two-way standout. He threw two quick shutout innings where he filled up the strike-zone. Some deception to his delivery where there's some slight crossfire as he works to a lower 3/4 slot. FB worked into the upper 70s showing some sinking action and mixed in an effective SL. He also found a quality barrel where he turned on a FB and grounded hard down the LF line for a single.

Carson Noce (2029 C, White City, OR) started the game for Orange and went two shutout innings. Showed athleticism within his delivery with how fast he rocked down the mound and rotated into landing. Arm showed noticeable armspeed as well. FB was up to 77 and threw his slurvy breaker with a ton of confidence.

Conner Adams (2028 SS, Cumming, GA) followed Noce with two shutout innings of his own. Showed repeatable mechanics with a clean arm action which allowed fill it up to all quadrants. FB was up to 77 and was landing his breaking ball.

Noah Vrzal (2029 1B, San Antonio, TX) was a two-way standout during this game where he threw a shutout inning and had two opposite field hits. Starts with his 6-3/220 frame he moves pretty well within his delivery that allows him to run his fastball up to an easy 85. At the plate, he keeps it pretty simple with minimal moving parts. His two swings in-game where on fastballs he let get deep and stayed inside on well to punch into the LC gap.

Josiah Park (2029 OF, Fullerton, CA) threw a solid shutout inning on the mound where he showed some quality stuff. The delivery does a lot of good things working with pace, length and good extension with a clean/fast arm. FB was up to 82 showing some sneaky life through the zone. Also added a quality two-strike GB knock into right through the 3-4 hole.

Kye Ward (2029 SS, Salem, UT) looked good in his inning of work on the mound. Wiry frame but showed low-effort armspeed and good use of the lower half that helped run his fastball up to 82. Also mixed in two breakers with quality shape, a bigger slurvy breaker in the mid-upper 60s and a harder sharper SL in the low 70s.

Noah Jarolimek (2029 SS, Simpsonville, SC) closed out the game for Team Orange with a shutout inning. Some noticeable feel to pitch here within a pretty athletic delivery. FB was up 82 and mixed in three low 70s sliders, two of which he landed for strikes which included a swinging K and a pop out. He also added a FB single to center.

CJ Gibson (2029 OF, Conway, AR) found the loudest barrel of this game with a hard shot deep into CF for a double. Smaller frame but noticeably athletic in the box where his hands/barrel fire with hitterish intent.
