Los Tigres 2024 is part of Los Tigres Baseball organization, lead by Rafael Gross, and run through the Dugout Baseball Academy in Houston TX. 

The purpose of Los Tigres teams is to provide athletes the opportunity for professional baseball training by a unique group of former college and MLB Dominican players, using the same methods and training techniques for fundamentals and skills that these coaches have used through their lives in the Dominican, before signing to play in the US.  They continue their Dominican tradition of teaching the young what they have learned from those before them, to prepare each player for an elite level of baseball, in preparation for high school and beyond. Los Tigres coaches believe it takes a team to train a team, and for that reason, use their individual playing expertise in the positions they played, to teach and train the players on the field. 

The players of Los Tigres 2024 are from all over the greater Houston area, who have had the opportunity to represent their little league districts in state, regional, and little league world series competition.  They are some of the best in their former respective leagues, and have proven to be some of the best in the area.  This talent, with the added experience of Los Tigres coaches, provides the team with the ability to compete in some of the highest competitions.
