The WWBA World Championship, which is held annually in Jupiter, FL in late October is a strict invite-only event. It is our oldest and most prestigious event we run. It is limited to 85 teams, with well over 200 wanting in. There are 7 spots for Qualifier winners. The only way to get a new team into this event that doesn’t win a Qualifier is if a team drops out, which doesn’t happen very often.
For the 16u & 17u WWBA, the orders of invitations go as follows:
1. Teams that want to return to the 17u WWBA that participated in the event last year.
2. Teams that finished well in last year's 16u WWBA.
3. New teams that have requested invitations online.

Every tournament has a Player/Team Bulletin Board where you can sign him up as an individual so if a team needs an extra player, they can contact him to play. You will need to go to the tournament page that you are interested in and press the "Event Info" button on the tournament homepage. This will open up a side menu to the left, and then you'll select Player/Team Bulletin Board and this is where you can add your player to it. The player must be associated with your account to be able to do this. Once the player is posted there, coaches will have contact information available to them to reach out to you all if they are wanting to pick up your player.Â
