Ryan Watters is a 2027 OF/MIF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Waxhaw, NC who attends Cuthbertson. Recorded a 3.90 second thirty yard dash time. Medium frame with an athletic build. Primary outfielder moves well and fields off front foot with good zip on throws. Some bounce in feet with high effort and some life, recorded throws up to 86 from the outfield during defensive workouts. Secondary infielder secures ball with quick, choppy feet with some lateral range. Right-handed hitter starts from a medium base with a slightly open stance and a low back elbow with a low hand set, utilizes a hanging small leg lift trigger. Tries to get inside the ball with a good turn in the core with some whip to the barrel. Creates some separation and leverage with the lower half with some more solid line drives to the pull-side and middle-of-the-field. Exciting player with a high upside. Excellent student. Named to the 2025 Virginia Indoor Showcase Top Prospect list.
