Jake Armstrong is a 2024 MIF/RHP with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Lemont, IL who attends Timothy Christian. Recorded a 7.34 second sixty yard dash time. Medium frame with lanky build and room to fill. Primary middle infielder, with athleticism, short arm action and quick release from the ear. Attacks the ball with good footwork, some twitch and moves well laterally. Right-handed hitter, starts from an even stance with high hands and a high back elbow, utilizes a big leg lift trigger. Some hand and bat speed. Couple of solid liners to the opposite field in the round. Flashed some tools in the box. Intriguing young player with a good ceiling. Good student.
