Nolan Bendall is a 2025 RHP/ with a 5-11 200 lb. frame from Commerce Twp, MI who attends Detroit Catholic Central. A medium frame with a thicker build and some strength showing throughout. Ran a 7.60 60-yard dash. A primary right-handed pitcher who came out and pounded the arm side half of the plate with strikes. His fastball was up to 84 mph and paired really well with a breaking ball that spun up to 2,338 RPMs. Also had a changeup that he killed spin on down to 1,335 RPMs. The breaking ball had good depth with some slurvy shape to it. The fastball was heavy. He starts with staggered feet and low hands above the belt. Works a side-step into a belt-high leg lift with a medium arm swing from a high three-quarters arm slot. Had a closed landing with some crossfire to the delivery. Pitched from a higher arm slot. Impressive stuff during Live ABs. A right-handed hitter with an exaggerated toe-tap and strength to his actions. He found his rhythm later in the round and was able to impact some balls with thump off the barrel. Had some strength at impact. Produced a 90 mph exit velocity. Worked out as a first baseman with a corner infield build. He adjusted slots well and made firm throws across the diamond at 80 mph. Fielded the ball with two hands up the middle, and the throws came out well. Had a good flight across, and feeds to second were solid. Good idea for footwork around the bag. Named to 2023 Michigan Indoor Showcase TP List.
