DeAndre Smelter is a 2010 RHP with a 6'4'', 205 lb. frame from Macon, GA who attends Tattnall HS. Very strong, athletic build. Lean back delivery, comes thru smooth/balanced, arm works + clean, minimal effort release. Steady 93-94 mph both windup/stretch with life, touches 95, throws K's with FB. Maintains velocity. Primary FB pitcher, occ split finger change with good diving life. Shows promising slider. Throws easy and hard. Top level arm and athlete. Sky is the limit! Early draft prospect, Aflac All-American.
