Gabriel Wetzel is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Taylorsville, UT who attends Taylorsville. Tall and athletic frame with some current strength but even more to come. He ran a 7.59 in the sixty yard dash. A primary outfielder, has some spring to his steps during his approach while working through the ball. Its a quick transfer and he pulls the throws down and gets carry to the bases. A right-handed hitter, starts even and open with the base and uses a deep hand load before turning the barrel. The high finish should provide lift as the barrel spaces out and he worked all fields well.
