Carson Beattie is a 2025 1B/OF with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Walled Lake, MI who attends Walled Lake Northern. Long and lean young build with some present strength and room for plenty more. Left handed hitter, hits from a straight stance, has nice raw bat speed and can create jump off the barrel, tends to be over aggressive getting to his front side and leaves the barrel behind, projects as a hitter with additional strength and some adjustments. 6.98 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, has nice athleticism in his footwork and moves well to the ball, fluid arm action with good arm strength. Also played in the outfield but is best suited for first base moving forward. Outstanding student. Named to the Great Lakes Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
