Ricardo Tristen Nunez is a 2024 C with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Springfield Gardens, NY who attends Brooklyn Technical. Tristen Nunez immediately impressed by posting a 6.67 sixty yard dash. Projectable build with strength present in the frame. Exclusively from his primary spot behind the dish, he showcased a slight side saddle set with a direct mid-line transfer. He gained ground in the footwork and remained on top of throws to release low and on target, posting a 2.12 pop time. Offensively, the righty started from an even base with a compact hand set and high back elbow, utilizing a toe tap trigger to produce impact gap to gap. He flashed quickness to the hands and generated consistent contact with backspin, posting an exit velo of 80 mph. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.
