Kanyon Williams is a 2026 RHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Powderly, TX who attends North Lamar. Primary right-handed pitcher with good length to the frame. Long limbs with an athletic build. Throws from the stretch mainly with a medium sized leg raise. Coils his front leg and back to the plate at the top half of things. Gets downhill a good bit and stays balanced throughout the process. Arm action comes full circle as he rears back. Locate the fastball well more east to west and was up to 83 with subtle late running life. Went to a 10-4 shaped curve with good depth that he could locate and drop in for strikes. Is really quick to the plate already but could do a better job holding runners. The overall process is something to take note of and should continue to see improvements. Also played outfield charging it with intent. Fielded it cleanly out in front and shuffles a good bit before throwing. Showed great arm strength behind his throws and was up to 88 from the outfield. Good arm speed and good overall process. Also ran a 6.82 sixty. Right-handed hitter with a wider base. Uses a toe tap set for timing and rhythm. Loads into the backside well. Some easy impact strength off the barrel. Good student. Also named to the Top Prospect List.
