Orr has a strong athletic build, high 3/4 arm slot, long loose arm action, 3 pitch pitcher, with a hard arm side run fastball, nice 11/5 hard spinning curveball and a deceptive change up that dives at plate, athletic off mound, hits from an open stance, strides to square, line drive swing plane with plus bat speed, has strength in swing, makes consistent solid contact to all fields, he is also an excellent student.
