Daniel Tockhorn is a 2011 RHP with a 6-5 200 lb. frame from Midlothian, TX who attends Midlothian HS. Nice tall, lean build, projects physically. Leg raise delivery, stays balanced, tends to drift out and loose angle and lower half power, compact arm action, 3/4's release point. Steady mid 80's fastball, have seen up to 88 mph in the past, good arm side running action at times. Good velocity on curveball, shorter slider like break with some downer action, occasional change up, has some deception to the hitters with size and delivery. Should keep improving with additional strength.
