Griffin Sanford is a 2015 LHP/ with a 6-3 230 lb. frame from Oakville, ON who attends St Ignatius of Loyola. Extra-large, athletic frame with long limbs, broad shoulders and nice present depth to his build. Ran a 7.44 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, throws from an over the top arm slot with a full arm action in the back. Works quickly on the mound and shows a quick arm coming through, throws across body at times, follows through well and filled up the strike zone. Worked down in the zone with fastball and topped out at 85 mph with pitch, showed a nice feel for a 12-6 curveball with depth at 74 mph. Named to Northeast Top Prospect List. Good student.
