Ryan Rusk is a 2023 3B/RHP, 1B, OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Kingwood, TX who attends Kingwood HS. Recorded a 7.51 second 60-yard dash time. Medium athletic build with some physicality and room to fill. Primary third baseman with solid arm strength recorded up to 81 mph. Fields the ball off to the side and has a short arm stroke. Works through the baseball well and was accurate across. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a high leg raise and generates good torque off the back leg. Loose arm stroke with a good changeup that showed some late tumble. Curveball showed some good break and the fastball had very good arm side life. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Fast hands with some barrel whip present. Upper half dominant swing and looking to get extended. Level swing plane with some strength present and will improve power with additional lower half involvement.
