Gavin Stedman is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 6-0 186 lb. frame from Auburndale, FL who attends Montverde Academy. Recorded a 6.81 second 60-yard dash time. Large and physical frame with long limbs and room to fill out. Primary right-handed pitcher with a side step into a leg lift at the belt. Long online arm action with plenty of arm speed. Online through the back with a high three-quarters arm slot. Good athleticism and explosion down the mound. Maintained velocity nicely and showed feel for two different breaking balls. Curveball shows good depth and slider is firmer. Both show favorable spin and distinct shapes. Has all the tools to navigate a lineup multiple times. Right-handed hitter with a spread stance, high hand set, and high back elbow. Shorter to the ball and longer through the ball. Flash some impact and pull side power. Great student.
