2020 PG Underclass All American Games
Jordan Austin is a 2022 OF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Lees Summit, MO who attends Blue Springs South. He showed plus speed running a 6.60 second sixty. A primary outfielder with a lean build showing room to fill on the frame moving forward. In the outfield he works through the ball well into a big crow hop with an arm that works over the top with accurate throws to the bags at 80 mph. At the plate, his left-handed swing starts with an even stance and toe tap trigger, his swing works best from gap to gap with some quickness in the hands with good feel for the barrel and power that should improve with added strength to the frame. Very good student. Verbal commitment to Missouri.
