Alex Carmona is a 2026 3B/SS with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Brito Miami Private. Younger, athletic frame with square shoulders and room to fill throughout, has present strength frame. Ran a 7.32 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, plays with energy and moves around well, confident actions with the glove, plays upright a bit, consistent glove actions and made a barehanded play on slow roller in drills successfully, shows carry on throws across diamond. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high and tight hand set in the box with a narrow base. Tight turn moving into swing, strength in hands and does a nice job of remaining compact to the ball. Consistent swing path and feel for the barrel, works on a line and projects with added strength, comfort working to the pull side as best contact, occasioanl jump coming off when squared.
