Martin Shelar is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Marist. Shelar has plenty of tools to like on both sides of the field, showing off immediate speed tool by posting a 6.60 sixty time. Primary OF, gets behind the baseball effectively with sound transfers and big time arm strength displayed up to 92 mph. Refining accuracy and internal clock but one of the higher upsides in class. Also worked off the mound, exclusively from the stretch flashing max effort actions. Plenty of natural arm talent with command continuing to develop. SL registered at 1925 rpm. Offensively, started from a compact base with tight hands. Top end strength with evident and effortless carry off the barrel. Can pepper all parts of field with easy power production. Utilizes the lower half effectively. Posted an exit velo of 105 mph. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.
