Kevin Roberts Jr is a 2026 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-3 188 lb. frame from Meridian, MS. Extra-large, athletic frame with broad shoulders and a high waist with long limbs, plenty of room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.04 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, longer and deliberate tempo to actions with clean movements, very smooth throughout, big arm strength and carry across the diamond, all the tools to remain on the left side moving forward. Works through the ball very well in the outfield, next level arm strength and carry with accuracy to the intended base, ball jumps out of hand, athleticism plays and tons of projection moving forward. Didn't pitch but has also been up to 89 mph this summer. Right-handed hitter, begins with a spread lower half and high hand set at start of swing. Utilizes length well and creates big extension out front, looks to lift and can do so with success, occasionally gets uphill with path. Generates present bat speed through the zone and creates carry off of the barrel when squared out front. Excellent student. Named to the 2022 13u Perfect Game Select Festival.
