Phelan Bucknor is a 2025 OF/1B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Notre Dame. Features a strong, athletic frame. Showed proper footwork and glove technique in the outfield. Athletic mover while fielding out front with the nose to glove and works through the baseball. Arm is developing but accurate to both bags. Has a medium base at the plate with a high back elbow and toe tap trigger. Stays compact with an all-fields approach. Stayed on the barrel, lining the ball everywhere with backspin. Smooth and athletic throughout the round. Ran a 7.35 sixty-yard dash. Named to the 2024 National West Showcase Top Prospect List. Good Student.
