William Cutshall is a 2026 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-2 197 lb. frame from Seneca, SC who attends Seneca. Recorded a 6.72 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop with a tall, well-proportioned, and athletic frame. Showed good fundamentals and footwork in the dirt while showing good lateral range. Big arm across the diamond to match. Also worked out in the outfield and showed natural actions. Moved around fluidly with quick foot speed that will play in game. Huge arm strength up to 95 mph from the outfield with accuracy and big carry to go along. Right-handed hitter and starts from a narrow base with a low hand set. Creates leverage well and takes big hacks. Ball explodes off the bat and has legitimate bat speed. Lots of lift to path, sending multiple balls out of the park. Significant power upside moving forward and recorded an exit velocity of 97 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher and begins delivery with a leg lift to waist level. Good direction down the slop and repeats with a balanced delivery. Medium length arm action and stays loose, releasing from a high-3/4 slot. Low effort velocity and fastball topped at 90 mph with arm side run. Mixed in a sharp 11-5 shaped curveball at the secondary. Tremendous student. Verbal commitment to Mississippi. Named to the 2024 National Underclass Showcase- Main Event Top Prospect List.
