Cameron Lowery is a 2026 RHP/3B with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Hoover, AL who attends Hoover. Lean and lanky young pitcher's build with plenty of room to get stronger. Works from a side step delivery with a mid-3/4's arm slot, tends to land open with his front side, has some arm speed and whip to his arm stroke. Fastball was in the low 80's with big arm side life at times, topped out at 83 mph. Threw both a standard change up with late fade and a split finger change with dead spin and some tumble. Also mixed in an occasional short slider. Has all the pitches to keep hitter's off balance if he can work consistently in the strike zone. 7.20 runner in the sixty. Secondary third baseman on defense, has some athletic bounce and moves to the ball well, can quicken his release, throws from different arm slots effectively. Right handed hitter, starts from a wide straight stance, has a quick and direct swing and lived on the barrel with solid line drive contact, carried a few up the left center field gap. Good student.
