2024 Sophomore National Showcase (2027 Grads)
Sebastian Wilson is a 2027 OF/RHP, UT with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends Lane Technical. Medium, athletic frame with well-proportioned strength throughout the build. Great runner, ran a 6.62 60-yard dash. Left-handed hitter, medium base with open front side, knee lift trigger, loose hands with obvious bat speed and turns it over hard with hard contact to the pull-side. Controlled violence to the swing with big power. Primary outfielder, under control on the charge in, breaks down and fields with one hand on the side of the frame, works through it well, low throws with great carry out of the hand and arm strength, recorded accurate throws up to 90 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, stretch only delivery, belt high leg lift to balance, medium arm action in the back to a low three-quarters slot. Generates hard arm-side run on the fastball, sat in the 84-87 range, got up to 88 mph (2014 RPM). Turned over a quality changeup to left-handed hitters with arm-side fade, up to 76 mph (1164 RPM) and spun a solid slider, up to 69 mph (1907 RPM). Tremendous student. Verbal commitment to Tennessee.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
