Jamison Harris is a 2024 LHP/1B with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from La Vista, NE who attends Creighton Preparatory. Young, extra large frame with potential for added physical strength. Primary position is LH pitcher, throws from H3/4 arm slot. FB up to 81 mph with occasional good arm side run, tries to locate FB to all quadrants of the strike zone, needs to refine FB command. Has potential for increased FB velocity with proper instruction and adde physical strength. CB has occasional bite depth with 1/7 type action. Has good pitchers frame with overall potential for improvement. Also played 1B, provides large target, receives the ball cleanly. Needs to continue to refine footwork around the bag. LH hitter with wide, open stance, has lower handset to start swing. Has high leg kick that occasionally effects high balance, timing & rhythm. Line drive type hitter, tries to hit to all fields. Still developing quickness and raw strength in swing. Good student.
