Cruz Luna is a 2026 C/OF with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Crownsville, MD who attends Archbishop Spalding. Compact athletic build with good present strength. 6.96 runner in the sixty. Sets up in a standard stance behind the plate, low and flexible and stays compact, stays on line on his throws with good mechanics and makes accurate throws from a high release slot, some developing arm strength. Left handed hitter, sets up in an open stance with a big stride to close, deep hand load, raises his hands into his load and tends to cast them out and hit around the ball, has some length to his approach to work on, has the strength to impact the ball. Good student.
