Cole Coffman is a 2027 SS/RHP/3B with a 6-4 195 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends St. John's. Big and long athletic build, physical look with lots of strength potential. 7.21 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, gets his glove down early, some footwork for his size, big arm strength across the diamond with the ability to change his arm slot well, will be very solid at third base as he matures. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread straight stance with coiled hand load and a simple early stride, hands work well and create bat speed, has impact and ability to drive the ball, projectable power. Has also pitched often this summer at PG event and regularly been up to 87-88 mph with lots of strikes. Good student.
