Marcus Jamison is a 2027 OF/MIF with a 5-6 126 lb. frame from Nesbit, MS who attends DeSoto Central. Medium height with a lean and high waisted frame that will fill out nicely. Strength will come naturally. Ran a 6.88 in the sixty yard dash. A primary outfielder, lots of athleticism and very quick feet. Rounds and comes through the ball well and showed solid carry and accuracy to all bases. Covers a lot of ground. A switch hitter, RH: wider base with high hands and stays above the ball with a good high finish that projects. LH: compact and short to the ball and good feel to get the barrel out and hit hard liners to the pull side. Solid hitting ability from both sides.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
