Jaiden Palmer is a 2026 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Deland, FL who attends University High School. Recorded a 7.50 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop with a tall and lean frame. Moves around loose and easy in the infield and has good fundamentals. Clean funnel and good arm strength across. Also worked out in the outfield and stays under control. Same arm strength and zipped throws up to 88 mph. Maintained low ball flight and stayed accurate. Right-handed hitter and showed impact. Physicality plays and meets the ball with strength out front. Lift to the bat path and lofted balls deep and consistently during the round. Recorded an exit velocity of 88 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher and begins delivery with a leg lift to waist level and lands on line at foot strike. Medium length arm action and releases from a high-3/4 slot. Gets good run on the fastball as well as sink down in the zone. Fastball topped at 85 mph and mixed in a sweeping slider that flashed healthy shape. Excellent student. Named to the 2024 Florida Uncommitted Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
