Michael Hopkins is a 2026 C/RHP/3B/OF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Harker Heights, TX who attends Harker Heights. Physical frame and ran a 7.19 in the sixty. Showed bell as primary catcher popped a 2.07 with accurate throws to the bag. Clean transfer and quick out of the crouch. Impressed in outfield and infield drills with good accuracy all over. Solid arm strength and gets on top of throws well. Sound actions up the middle. Also pitched, over the top slot and lands in lien very well. Lands a lot in the middle and shows feel for a good changeup. Right-handed hitter with big impact strength to the pull side. Can hit with strength off the barrel present, comes off hot at contact. Hits against a firm front side. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
