Luke Bowen is a 2025 C/OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Palos Verdes Estates, CA who attends Palos Verdes. Solid young catcher's build with good present strength and more to come. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight spread stance with a loose and extended swing, creates some present bat speed with gap to gap power and carry, controls the barrel well, has some hitting skills to develop along with the strength. 7.44 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has good compact actions in his exchange and release, good arm strength with on line carry on his throws, well schooled defensively. Also worked out in the outfield and has the athleticism to play out there as well. Excellent student. Named to the Sunshine West Showcase Top Prospect List.
