Myles Collins is a 2027 C/RHP with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Opelousas, LA who attends Opelousas Catholic. Tall and athletic build with present strength to the frame and more coming. 7.72 runner in the 60-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, slightly open stance with even feet, quiet hands, fluidity to the barrel. Has good loft to the path, great foundational swing as he continues to add strength. Primary catcher, higher side-saddled setup shown in the workout, gains ground to 2B, big arm strength and accuracy, recorded throws up to 78 mph and a pop-time of 1.94. Looked very good behind the plate in game action as well, throwing out multiple runners. Secondary right-handed pitcher, side steps to a high leg lift out of the windup, hands break late, good arm speed and projection down the road. Fastball got up to 82 mph (1908 RPM) and showed a bigger breaking ball in mid-60s (1918 RPM). Also worked out in the infield, has solid actions with good mobility for the size, glove got down late at times, arm really stood out and was accurate, throws up to 82 mph. Good student. Named to 2023 13u/14u Sunshine Gulf Coast Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
