2025 PG High School All State Select Championship (26-27 Grads)
Josh Horvath is a 2026 RHP/OF with a 6-4 195 lb. frame from Round Rock, TX who attends Round Rock. Long and lean athletic build, very projectable physically. Works from a full wind up with a slow paced athletic delivery, big side step start with a belt high leg raise, extended 3/4's arm slot with a whippy and fast arm action. Fastball was up to 93 mph, worked with both four-seam and two-seam action, can see more velocity there with increased pace in his delivery. Had good arm speed on his slider with tight spin and late biting action, solid second pitch. Didn't observe a change up. High ceiling arm talent. 6.86 runner in the sixty. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a long and strong swing, swings hard and looks to pull and lift the ball, flashed some raw power. Good student. Named to the PG High School All-State Select Championships Top Prospect List.
