Chase Walls is a 2026 SS/RHP/UT with a 5-11 140 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL who attends Boca Raton Community. Long and lean athletic build, projects well physically. 7.74 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has easy and controlled actions through the ball, rounds it well and works into his throws, has a smooth transfer and release, overall actions show solid athleticism, still has some arm strength and carry to develop as he gains strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a very narrow and upright stance, has a busy pre-pitch routine that can leave him late at times, has loose hands and some developing barrel whip, will keep improving with pre-swing adjustments and additional strength. Took a turn on the mound, has a loose arm and a sound delivery with a 3/4's arm slot, arm swing is long and can get late at times. Fastball topped out at 78 mph with some run when he was on top of it. Curveball was a solid pitch with some bite and 11/5 action that he could have thrown more often.
