Caleb Bennett is a 2026 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Forest City, NC who attends East Rutherford. Tall, large frame with present strength, especially for an athlete in his class. Primary position IF, with accurate angles and feel for the spot bending at the waist to present the glove. Firm glove work, securing the ball to a deeper midline transfer before throwing. Medium arm path to over the top angle creating throws across the field up to 80 mph. Secondary RHP, using a deliberate cadence to his delivery and short side step before working up to balance. Gets downhill well, creating some extension to 3/4 arm angle. FB up to 81 mph with some run and low spin makes the pitch hit the bat like a bowling ball. Low-70s SL with good sweeping action and a touch of depth. Compact, quick arm action helps the ball jump on hitters. RHH starting from an even stance, holding hands out front with a tilted barrel before accelerating. Limited lower-half integration but really works the barrel with his hands. Longer, lifted path to ball with real strength at contact and works hard through launch. Clear power potential. Very good student with intriguing two-way talent longterm.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
