Erik Tolman (2018 LHP, Lake Forest, CA) was 3 for 3 in the game. He squares up the ball consistently. Also had a good day on the bump, running his fastball up to 80 mph.
Hunter Jump (2017 OF, Aliso Viejo, CA) was 2 for 3 with a single and a double. He showed gap to gap power. He showed a compact arm action on the mound with his fastball up to 84 mph.
Justin Vaught (2017 RHP, Gilbert, AZ) showed good bat control at the plate.
Jack Drury (2018 3B, Mira Loma, CA) was 2 for 3 with a short compact swing and showed the ability to go with pitches.

Jahred Butler (2018 RHP, Hemet, CA) is a strong-bodied, sturdy 6-foot-2, 200 pounds and the young righty struck out five in four innings pitched. Butler showcased a fastball up to 83 mph that had good tailing action and flashed a quality low-70s slider.
Justin Yang (2017 MIF, Fountain Valley, CA) came in to throw one inning of relief work. The righty has good mound presence and aggressive approach, as he used his 83-85 mph fastball often to get ahead of opposing hitters. He also worked in a 66-68 mph curveball.
Emanuel Dean (2019 OF, Corona, CA) is a very talented young player. The righthanded hitting outfielder is particularly strong and athletic for his grade and age, and he shows that strength and athleticism in the batter's box. Dean went 1-for-2, stinging a line drive up the middle for a single. He also has an aggressive approach on the basepaths, where he shows good instincts for reading pitchers.
Robert Schlesier (2017 3B, San Diego, CA) struck out seven hitters in his four innings of work. Schlesier showed a solid two-pitch mix in his fastball, up to 80 mph, and a low-60s curveball with 12/6 shape and good depth. Also, Schlesier had one of the Red team's three hits in the contest, as he displayed a level line-drive swing path, good plate coverage and nice balance.
White v. Red Highlights

Landon Schirer (2017 RHP, La Mesa, CA) threw four no-hit innings. The 6-foot-4, 225 pound righty threw a lot of strikes and aggressive with a fastball that reached 86 mph. He also showed adept feel for his low-70s slider and had good command to both sides of the plate.
Cian Costigan (2018 C, Hesperia, CA) went 1-for-2 and displayed a sound approach at the plate. Costigan also shows some promise defensively where he receives well and shows lateral quickness and solid overall feel for the game and handling pitchers.
Will Giraldin (2017 C, San Juan Capistrano, CA) went 1-for-2 and showed off solid barrel control and balance at the plate.
Keisi Takaya (2017 RHP, San Diego, CA) threw four scoreless innings, striking out two batters in the process. Takaya did a good job of changing speeds and showed comfort in mixing in any of his pitches in any count and situation, flashing both a curveball and slider to go along with a quality changeup.

Jonny Deluca (2017 OF, Agoura Hills, CA) has advanced barrel control from the left side. The Oregon commit has a nice line-drive swing and he shows the ability to stay inside the baseball and use the entire field. Deluca went 2-for-2 and also added a stolen base.
Ryan Rodriguez (2017 RHP, Upland, CA) has a lean, well-proportioned build and nice pitcher's frame. The righty threw four no-hit innings and struck out eight of the 12 hitters that he faced. Rodriguez was aggressive with his fastball, which he ran up to 88 mph and he also showed solid feel and good command of his low-70s curveball which had good bite and 12/6 shape.
Max Crabbe (2018 C, Irvine, CA) showed solid skills on both sides of the ball. The 6-foot-3, 200 pound catcher is a vocal leader behind the plate and he also shows a balanced swing and power potential in the batter's box, where he went 1-for-1 with a sacrifice fly.
Jesse Garcia (2018 1B, El Cajon, CA) is a sturdy, physical 6-foot-1, 245 pounds. Garcia went 1-for-1 at the plate, stroking a single in his only at bat of the game. He also pitched, showing off a fastball up to 81 mph in a very clean, quick, and effective 1-2-3 inning.

Conor Tope (2017 C, Capistrano Beach, CA) threw two shutout innings and showed good command of three pitches. The righty struck out four in his two innings thanks to good feel and location of a fastball up to 82 mph, a breaking ball in the upper-60s, and a changeup in the mid-60s.
Logan Cole (2017 C, Livermore, CA) is another primary catcher that showed some feel from the mound. The righthander struck out three over his four innings of work, effectively using a fastball up to 83 mph and a sharp curveball in the low-70s.
Joshua Goda (2017 C, Mission Viejo, CA) showed similar aptitude from the mound. The physical, well-proportioned righty struck out one in his brief one inning appearance, and displayed an aggressive approach, using an 83 mph fastball and a 76 mph curveball with 11/5 shape.
Brandon Bohning (2017 SS, Simi Valley, CA) went 2-for-3 at the plate, showing good bat speed and balance throughout his swing. He also performed well in the field, with good arm strength and instincts at shortstop.
Caleb Turner (2018 OF, Corona, CA) went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles. The athletic outfielder has good plate coverage, a nice measured approach, and a line-drive swing plane.
AJ Speer (2018 OF, Pleasant Hill, CA) went 2-for-2 with a pair of singles. He does a nice job of staying inside the baseball and has good barrel control.

Christian Gambale (2017 SS, Los Angeles, CA) had a pair of singles in the game. He showed good plate coverage at the plate.
Joshua Medina (2017 OF, Chatsworth, CA) had a pair of singles in the game. He showed a quick bat at the plate.
Joshua Goda (2017 C, Mission Viejo, CA) showed a good fastball with a quick arm. He got his fastball up to 84 mph.

Hayden Sandman (2017 LHP, Peoria, AZ) should continue to add velocity as he fills into his 6 foot, 150 pound frame. He showed good feel for his delivery on Saturday, maintaining solid balance and striking out 7 over four innings of work. The southpaw throws from a deceptive overhand arm slot, ran his fastball 79 mph, and flashed a solid breaking ball in the upper-60s.
Colton McIntosh (2019 SS, Phoenix, AZ) has solid arm speed and arm strength for a 2019 graduate. He ran his fastball up to 79 mph and struck out two over his one inning pitched. He also has a good approach at the plate, where he went 1-for-2. He showed a solid ability to go with the pitch and work to the opposite field.
Aidan Goicovich (2017 RHP, Gilroy, CA) struck out 9 hitters in his four innings pitched. Goicovich has a nice pitcher's frame and build, and the 6-foot-4, 175 pound righty ran his fastball up to 83 mph and showcased solid feel for a curveball in the 65-67 mph range.
Connor Chapman (2018 3B, Anaheim, CA) has good bat speed from the right side. He jumped all over an elevated fastball and drove it over the left field fence for a solo homerun, the only long ball of the day at El Toro High School.
Tanner Smith (2018 OF, Newport Beach, CA) displayed good plate coverage and burgeoning opposite field power. The lefthaned hitter stays inside the baseball and has loft off of the barrel. He hit a triple in his only at-bat of the game.
Batting Practice Highlights

Tyler Wright (2018 SS, Bellflower, CA) showed a short path to the ball with nice bat speed while getting the barrel through the zone. He showed nice carry off the barrel while displayed the ability to hit comfortably to all fields.
Blake Dickerson (2018 1B, Temecula, CA) puts his long and fluid swing on display while creating extension out front and did a nice job of repeating his swing. He projects well moving forward and already shows carry off the barrel with a sound contact approach.
Joshua Bozoian (2017 OF, Chino Hills, CA) put his power on display throughout his round of batting practice as he stayed nice and balanced through his swing with quick hands. He showed big jump off the barrel and cleared the right center field fence for a long opposite field home run.
Demetrios Petrides (2018 3B, Flower Mound, TX) has a short and quick bat path to the ball with solid feel for the barrel and nice jump to all fields. He repeated his swing very well throughout his solid round with nice carry to the opposite field.
Erik Tolman (2018 LHP, Lake Forest, CA) showed fluid hands in his left-handed swing with nice extension out front. He stays balanced through his swing while shifting his weight well with nice line drive life off the barrel. At 6-foot-1, 155-pounds, Tolman projects well physically and should continued to develop power in his swing.
Hunter Jump (2017 OF, Aliso Viejo, CA) created consistent hard and barreled contact to pull side with solid carry coming off the barrel. Jump stays short to the ball with solid bat speed and generates a loud sound at contact and also showed strength to the opposite field.
Murphy Stehly (2017 SS, Carlsbad, CA) remained short to the ball through his swing with simple and repeatable mechanics. He showed an interesting swing that projects well with strength though he already showed carry and feel for the barrel from the right side.
Logan Cole (2017 C, Livermore, CA) generated consistent line drive contact with a short and direct path to the ball showing interesting pop to his pull side. While showing strength to his pull side, Cole also showing a nice feel for the middle of the field and created barreled contact.
Justin Yang (2017 MIF, Fountain Valley, CA) is a switch-hitter and showed a similar set up from both sides of the plate. He stays balanced from the left side with a simiple weight shift, staying through the ball with quick hands and solid bat speed. The ball came off well from the right side too with a feel for the barrel and steady contact to the middle and opposite parts of the field.
Santino Rivera (2017 SS, Chula Vista, CA) did a nice job of repeating his swing and in doing so was able to quickly get the barrel through the zone on a regular basis. He projects well physically and already shows natural lift with carry to all fields.
Jesse Garcia (2018 1B, El Cajon, CA) has a strong 6-foot-1 frame and knew how to incorporate that strength while staying balanced and under control. Getting the barrel through the zone quickly, Garcia showed consistent carry to his pull side gap and even cleared the fence with a long blast that left the barrel in a hurry.
Mark Stanford (2017 3B, Long Beach, CA) also has a strong 6-foot-1, 205-pound frame it showed in his right handed swing as he showed nice jump coming off the barrel. With a short and quick swing Stanford was able to generate consistent line drive contact to the middle and pull side parts of the field with a loud sound off the barrel.
Jacob Higgins (2018 1B, Riverside, CA) begins his swing with a high hand set and showed a solid feel for the barrel with fluidity in his right-handed stroke. The life off the barrel was more than interesting as he created line drive contact to all fields with solid carry and nice bat speed.
Already committed to Nebraska, Jimmy McClenaghan (2017 OF, Modesto, CA) showed a short stroke and nice balance in his right-handed swing. He generates nice extension in his swing and handled the head of the barrel well while creating consistent contact to the middle of the field and projects nicely moving forward.
Ben Hurst (2018 OF, Glendora, CA) showed a long and fluid swing with nice balance throughout his left-handed stroke. He gets the barrel to the ball well and does it with extension out front while showing natural lift with carry coming off.
Another commitment, Clay Owens (2018 3B, Corona, CA) is already committed to UNLV and showed well with his left-handed swing. With quickness in his hands, Owens created nice lift at contact showing solid bat speed and fluidity throughout his swing.
Committed to the University of Oregon, Jonny Deluca (2017 OF, Agoura Hills, CA) shows quick hands from both sides of the plate and showed a short stroke to the ball with a feel to hit to all fields while consistently hitting up the middle. He creates line drive contact and shows carry off the barrel with nice jump coming off.
Casey Slattery (2017 1B, Los Angeles, CA) has a projectable 6-foot-2, 190-pound frame and does a nice job of using his longer levers to create extension out front in his left-handed swing. He remains balanced through his swing while showing present bat speed and solid life coming off the barrel to his pull side.

Ryan Buckley (2017 RHP, Chino, CA) has a long, lean frame. The projectable 6-foot-3, 160 pound righthander threw a lot of strikes and repeated his delivery very well. He threw four no-hit innings and struck out six thanks to a fastball up to 79 mph, a quality mid-60's breaking ball, and a low-70s changeup.
Austin Kroll (2018 OF, Encinitas, CA) showed off solid bat speed from his compact 5-foot-9, 145 pound frame. The righthanded hitter hit a solid, pullside double, going 1-for-2 in the game.
Caleb Turner (2018 OF, Corona, CA) has a solid, measured approach at the plate. He does a good job of staying inside the baseball and flashed power potential.
Connor Chapman (2018 3B, Anaheim, CA) has some strength in his physical, well-proportioned 6-foot-1, 185 pound frame. He struck out two in his one inning of work, showing good downhill plane from his high 3/4 arm slot and running his fastball up to 81 mph.
Michael Gutierrez (2017 RHP, Upland, CA) has solid armspeed and good mound presence. Gutierrez struck out 7 over his four innings pitched, using a fastball up to 82 mph, and showing good feel for his breaking ball in the 69-71 mph range.

Blake Faddoul (2018 SS, Yorba Linda, CA) showed off solid bat speed, especially for a 2018 grad. The 5-foot-11 righthanded hitter has an aggressive approach and roped a double in his only at bat.
Carson Bridges (2017 C, Alameda, CA) showed off an aggressive approach and has good balance in his swing. He was 1-for-2 with a single for the game.
Anthony Crisci (2017 C, Mesa, AZ) creates good bat speed from his 5-foot-11, 175 pound frame. The righthanded hitter has natural lift in his swing plane and stroked a double, going 1-for-2 in the game. He also threw 1-2-3 inning off of the mound and struck out one.

Carlos Arellano (2017 RHP, La Puente, CA) showed a quick loose arm on the mound. His fastball sat 78-83 touched 84 mph.
Alex Andranovich (2017 MIF, San Diego, CA) had a triple in the game. He showed good contact at the plate on the triple.
Ben Hurst (2018 OF, Glendora, CA) had a pair of singles in the game. He showed a good tempo at the plate with strong hands.
