Jacob Morgan (2022, Flower Mound, Texas) is a primary righthanded pitcher for USA Prime Alexander. Pitching primarily out of the stretch, Morgan throws from a high three-quarters arm slot, stays online and gets downhill. He was able to pitch effectively up in the zone and showed the ability to get plenty of swings-and-misses with the fastball that sat 79-82 mph and topped out at 84. His curveball had 11-to-5 break that was in the 72-74 mph range which he worked below the belt for strikes. Being held to a pitch count, Morgan pitched two innings and struck out six opposing batters during his outing.
