UBC West 14u/15u Scout Notes: Days 1-2

Sione Tulua 2028 C/RHP Union City, CA
Took the ball for Trosky 27 on Sunday at the UBC West, going four-innings while striking out nine and only walking one.  The 6-foot-2, 210, right-hander gave up one earned in the win against Hawaii Elite 2g.  Fastball was up to 78 with a curveball that sat 63/64, with 11-5 shape that resulted in many missed bats.  Did a nice job staying around the zone, locating in all-four quadrants effectively.  Helped his own cause in the game when he barreled up a ball early in the game.
